Questions
What happens to my files after the trial?
They stay in your account, every one of them, and Design and Vector keep every tool. PDF export and premium assets come back whenever you go Pro.
Can I use premium assets on Free?
Yes. You can see them all and place them in a design. They carry a Pro badge, and exporting a design that uses one asks you to go Pro or start the 14-day trial.
How do I cancel?
The trial ends by itself, so there is nothing to cancel. Pro cancels in one click in your account and runs to the end of the period you paid for.
Which payment methods and currencies can I use?
Paddle runs the checkout and shows the payment methods available in your country. Prices are listed in USD; checkout shows your local currency and adds tax where it applies.
Is there a student or teacher discount?
Not as a plan yet. Contact us through the help page and tell us where you study or teach.
Do I need an account?
Yes. Sign up with Google or with your email address.
How much can I keep in the cloud?
Free comes with limited cloud storage and up to 5 cloud files. Pro has more cloud storage and unlimited cloud files. If you reach a limit, nothing is deleted: every file stays in your account and you can still open, edit and save it. Only new files and new saves to the cloud wait until you make room or go Pro.
