Terms of Service

These terms are an agreement between you and Rayzia ("we", "us"), the operator of Rayzia Vector, a browser-based vector design editor available at this website (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these terms.

1. The Service

Rayzia Vector's drawing and editing tools run locally in your browser and are free to use, with or without an account. Optional paid subscriptions ("Pro") add cloud features such as unlimited cloud documents, version history, clean share links, and high-resolution export, as described on the pricing page.

2. Accounts

• You need an account only for cloud features. Sign-in is via Google or an email link; we never store a password for you.
• Keep access to your email/Google account secure — anyone who controls them can access your Rayzia account.
• Provide accurate information and use one account per person.

3. Your content

• You own everything you create. We claim no intellectual-property rights over your artwork.
• You grant us only the limited licence needed to operate the Service: storing your documents, syncing them to your devices, and serving them at share links you choose to enable.
• Share links are view-only and public to anyone who has the URL until you disable them.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use the Service to store or distribute unlawful content or malware, infringe others' rights, probe or disrupt our systems, circumvent plan limits, or resell the Service. We may suspend accounts that do, with notice where practicable.

5. Payments, cancellation

• Subscriptions are sold by Paddle (Paddle.com Market Ltd / Paddle.com Inc.) as merchant of record. Paddle handles checkout, billing, local taxes (VAT/GST), and receipts. Paddle's buyer terms also apply to purchases.
• Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. Cancel anytime from your account — you keep Pro until the end of the period you already paid for. No data is deleted on downgrade; files beyond Free limits become read-only in the cloud.
• Refunds are handled per our Refund Policy.
• Prices and plan limits may change; we will give at least 30 days' notice by email or in-product before a change affects an active subscription.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but the Service is provided without a formal SLA. Because the editor is local-first, your ability to edit and save on your own device does not depend on our servers.

7. Termination

You may stop using the Service or delete your account at any time; deletion removes your cloud data as described in the Privacy Policy. We may terminate or suspend the Service for material breach of these terms.

8. Disclaimers and liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising out of the Service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, and nothing affects consumers' statutory rights.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in-product at least 14 days in advance. Continuing to use the Service after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

10. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand, and disputes are subject to the courts of Thailand, without affecting mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. Questions: support@rayzia.com.
